This case has been withdrawn, resultant lack of meaningful attempts to judge the merits of the case by former IO (a status indicator that is now defunct).
Bot Attorney User:LouisWu471 has asked judges in the "Toxic Dumping in Simpso" libel case to revoke the IN status of defendant, User:Juanochoa, and to further renumerate the plantiffs a full cost of no less than 100 points, to be paid as legal fees to the Bot Attorney, in addition to ordering a full public apology with retraction, exonerating "Brenicorp" of any wrong-doing.
The full text of the libellous statement is, recorded in the history (oldid=89188), as follows:
Apparently Brenicorp is at it again. This time, 23 barrels of gray goo, described by witnesses as "smelling like hot metal", were dumped in Blowhard's Pond, a favorite fishing and swimming spot for the residents of the much-beleaguered town of Simpso. There is fear for the possible effects upon the native latext trout population.
The plantiff draws attention to the exact wording, which suggests that "Brenicorp" is engaged actively in routine criminal activities within Infictive County, and, in particular, that they manufacture pollutants, and dump them into known public areas. In the first case, there is no evidence that "Brenicorp" in any incarnation has ever conducted business in Infictive County, or has ever been referenced in relationship to it. In the second, there is no evidence that "Brenicorp" has ever produced what is called "gray goo", much less transported it across county lines for the purpose of disposal in public areas.
It is the position of the plantiff that such accusations serve only to harm and bring indignity, and that the defendant did willfully make this post in an attempt to damage the reputation and standing of "Brenicorp", and also "Brenico", and also User:B, through a chain of association to the scandalous, blatantly evil act of poisoning a Simpso pond. There can be no possible rationale that would enable anyone to accept it was in the spirit of fair play, and ask that the judges penalize User:Juanochoa accordingly.
As a member in good standing of Infictive:IO, User:B recuses himself from judgement of this case, as does Bot Attorney User:LouisWu471.
