2012-09-28: The arbitration was temporarily suspended in light of an offer by the defendant to make a full retraction and an undisclosed point pay-out. However, as there has been no action on their part to fulfill the settlement terms in over a month, it is the position of the plaintiff that the defendant's offer is not genuine, and will proceed with the arbitration before a panel of judges in the weeks to come. We make note in the records that the plaintiff accepted, on good faith, the attempt to resolve the dispute, but that the defendant, User:Juanochoa, failed to meet terms he himself set and agreed upon.
2012-11-10: Whereas the point system is now defunct, whereas all formal wiki status is now defunct, and whereas there has been no meaningful attempt at arbitration on the part of former IO members, this case is hereby withdrawn, as the plaintiff lacks any means of seeking recompense for the statements made by User:Juanochoa, the defendant.
