War with Mexico

Things have been going downhill with the country of Mexico for a long while. The Mexican drug gangs have taken over much of Texas and areas of California. They fly a new flag there, a skull and crossed joints flag. Daily killings and gun battles with cops and endless home invasions, often ending with the family who lived there all killed, unless a daughter or two are sold into sexual slavery. The new president wants to restore law and order and murder off as many gang members as possible. You are near the front line sewing wounded boys back together enough to keep them alive til they can be sent to get better medical attention. You see so many young men die or one's whose injuries are grievous and permanently disabling. Snipers take pop shots at the tent hospital H.A.S.H.unit. You are shot in the kidney while heading to the showers. You nearly die. They pump you full of morphine and your shipped east to a major hospital for treatment.
