Preux (/priju/) is a constructed language incorporating mixed verbal and physical gesturing elements (specifically head-toe movements), based on "cultural, rational modes peculiar to the Mollkin." It is recognized as the sole official language of Zebalon and has been actively promoted as the only "true Mollkin language."
The first video drafts of language guidelines were published by the Mollkin Rights Council in July 2012; a final video series of the complete verbal-gestural forms is expected by 2020. There are currently no plans for a formal written equivalent of any of the language, outside a now-complete symbol set for numeric values and mathematical formulas (which the Council has stated "is the only textual script that has any value, scientifically, technologically, or mathematically"); quoting the MRC's first draft, "all communications in Preux are conducted either through audio-visual media forms or in person, as language is a communal force to bind us together, not to separate us."
