If you go to the downstairs "Forbidden Books" section

Only recently you learned that the library has a forbidden books section! It is hidden away, down a long flight of stairs, one you've never seen anyone go down before. You'd think the whole idea of forbidden books would draw 'em in, but nope! (You do not wonder why a library with a forbidden books section would allow the general public access to them, and nor do you ask who has forbidden these books, and to whom are they forbidden.)

A hulking, sweating guard meets you at the bottom of the stairs. It surely is hot down here in the basement, or sub-basement, or... how long was that flight of stairs? He stares at you for a long time, only finally grunting when it becomes clear that you're not pulling out your photo ID. You quickly hand it over, as he explains he'll be holding onto it while you browse and it will be returned on your leaving. He has a telescoping shock stick strapped to his belt and he looks like he wouldn't mind using it at first sign of trouble.
