If attack other vehicles on the road

You start spinning the weapon around and blasting cars up and apart. Sometimes you miss and the cars get away. But its great fun. The fun ends when you blast a gangster's car and it spins throwing off a meted glob of tire goo. The men inside get out and start blasting away. You are cut down fast and you die of the street with your brains flowing into the gutter.
