Find someplace you can lay your head when weary

You find a chilly second story room in a old grand house whose owners stay downstairs and in the basement while they rent five large rooms out to passers by and all above share a restroom. The rent is cheap, eighty bucks a week is all. But there's no heat and the nights get chilly. There's no sink. No refrigerator, just a big room with two beds and a couple antique chest of drawers. Good enough.
