Motley Howe once owned a copy of this ultra rare recalled children's book. What were the education chiefs thinking anyway, with a title like that. Motley says his mother bought a half stack of dog eared pudding stained kids books and this one was amongst them.

Synopsis

When Little Wererabbit is not invited to a house warming party by one of the Three Little Pigs, a behind-the-scenes adventure begins to unfold. Little Wererabbit sneaks up during the party and douses the house with gas and sets it on fire. The little rabbit scampering around singing a traditional house warming song is very moving. Little Wererabbit then digs through the ashes to find the three pigs dead and he feasts on their roasted guts. This collection of previously unseen letters from the land of make-believe offers us a rare and fresh glimpse into the darker homicidal lives of well-loved characters. Along the way, Goldilocks makes a much happier return visit to the Bears' house, finds Little Wererabbit's lost jacket, and befriends Little Red Riding Hood who has developed a blood lust from the killing of the big bad wolf. The three return and kill the three bears in a savage display of creepy crawling. They devour the guts of the bears and write lyrics from Motley Howe with their blood on the walls. This episode of Little Warerabbit and his "Family" so closely resembled the Manson Family killings that the book was pulled from publication.

This delightful tale of interconnecting friendships and "The Family" they form written by FlorAda Sunshine and enhanced by Tyrone Moon's detailed and engaging pictures, is sure to warm the hearts of young and old alike.
