Today is Monday, June 25, 2012, and what a week it was. Posts were made, tears were shed, group stalking was had. "How can that lady talk with her mouth closed?" Oh, my. With the forced memory blanking and induced erroneous actions behind us, let's look to the top stories of the week that was (so far as we remember it)!

  • Senseless tragedy as two nuns were gunned down in cold blood last Wednesday. The victims, Sisters Enola and Brunilda, both well known in the community for their good works and kindness, were on their way home to the Blessed Heart Convent (on Philomena Blvd.) after completing a work day at the Kornblatt Food Bank when an unknown assailant opened fire, killing both. Police have been unable to identify the culprit as of this time, and are asking that any witnesses come forward, warning that the killer is still at large, and is considered extremely dangerous. A public memorial is being hosted for the sisters at the St. James Catholic Church.

  • Not a bang, not a pop, but a soft, deflating hiss as OSK cancelled - without notice - all authorization for a series of important ZGF experiments that had been slated to begin in the coming weeks and months. The project manager immediately decried the decision in a statement, concluding bitterly "serves me right for trying to help." Worse, we have been informed that orbital recovery fees will leave the team behind the experiment unable to carry on with their research, even in the event of access to other orbital spaces. Experts are calling the move arbitrary, irrational, and anti-science, while others are now calling for sanctions against the rogue comptrollers of OSK.

  • "Who is the man from MyPenis.com?" was the question on everyone's mind when the nightly news was interrupted by an anonymous advertiser, dancing his way across the screen with a magic marker sign held up to promote the smutty site. Though the delinquent desperado has not been caught, the police are investigating in cooperation with the station, and have sought to contact the webmaster of MyPenis.com in connection with the incident.

That's all for this week In Infictive. Keeping you awake all night through the walls. Can't block it out.
