You don't want to leave the city but the truck is now going 65 miles an hour down the super highway. You have no choice but ride on till the next stop. That's three hours later. The truck stops at a rest stop and the driver gets out for a piss. You sneak off and hide behind the ladies room until the truck pulls away. You are literally in the middle of nowhere, only fields and empty landscape for miles and miles.
