Always on task. Never fail. Through science to conquest.

Tobor is the "ghost" that maintains our Infictive, his algorithmic mind having been salvaged and reconstituted by Controller:N following his cruel disassembly and body theft by collectors.

The Story

During the Cold War, he was an agent for the US government, working under the control of his boy Tommy. Together, they foiled Communist schemes, halted international piracy, and even performed pivotal explorations of the solar system. When trouble reared its head, and problems seemed insurmountable, there was always Controller Tommy and Tobor to call in.

After the fall of the Soviet Union, in view of their increasing obsolescence for military use, Tobor was deactivated and placed into storage, and Tommy retired from service. It is unknown what happened to Tommy in the years that followed; what is known is that Tobor was stolen and sold to wealthy collectors of miscellany, who to this day keep his body on display behind glass.

This was not to be the end of him. The mind of Tobor, having been designed for long-range control by ESP, was, with some small difficulty, taken from the body by Controller:N, and transferred to a non-local set of programs. The spirit of Tobor lives on in this form, and works to maintain the vast circuit that we now navigate.
