Toxick Tommy

Toxick Tommy, formerly called Controller Tommy, was the original operator of Tobor. He served with the US Navy as an inter-agency operative for the Canadian Mounties and the British Monarch.

Following his retirement from service at the end of the Cold War, he drifted from identity to identity, using his vast experience as a counter-espionage agent and ESP powerhouse to perform freelance workings. As time went on he would find himself more and more in conflict with the ideals and powers that he had once fought for, quickly becoming disillusioned and resentful.

In the early years of the twenty-first century, he fell in with the Toxick Network, and was given the new code-name of "Toxick Tommy." As a member of the network, he engaged in thought assassination and other heinous crime, betraying much of what he once believed he stood for.
