You have read in the more accessible occult books that there are ways to escape one reality by going into another one. You have long been interested in trying this out for yourself. You decide to search your stolen tomes for spells of such nature. You find one. You study the spell a couple months before trying it out. When you do the spell something goes horribly wrong. The walls open and these gelatinous beings come out to feast on your body and soul. The spell was a trap. A false spell. What it really does is call these beings for lunch.
