Akashi Tocumi is a crime figure independent of a host country. He floats across Asia with endless names and disguises. The Cougar's paw has learned that he is gathering the ingredients together to construct a series of dirty bombs that he plans to blackmail the planet with. He plans to set the first one off in Paris France to show he means it. You get a tip that he is meeting some Yakuza about obtaining uranium at a closed for the night bowling alley in Oscora Japan. You sit in the car outside the place, nerving yourself up to go in and stop the deal. Only thing is, you just plain cannot nerve yourself up. You chicken out. Tocumi gets the supply's and he's gone. Mission failed!
