When you get back home you sleep for several hours after giving Eibon, your vulture some water. When you wake up, Eibon has brought back gifts for you. He has a lump of hashish and a dead snake. You cook up the snake and share it with Eibon. You break of a small piece of hashish and you burn it on a stick and inhale the smoke that comes off of it. Good stuff!
