You make a vast underground hell installation
You begin a 7 million dollar project. Several interested donars have provided the money for this. In exchange the hell installition is built where the contributers either own land, or be be given the rights to check the place out anytime. Even throw partys there. You firey pits. You stock the place with endless torture device. Some designed after ancient items of pain, others are new ideas you came up with yourself. A horrid stinking and fearfull place. You work on this underground horror for several years and it keeps getting creepier and creepier. No day you fall off a ladder and it feels like you where pushed! You break your ankle and your nose in the fall. Then all the power goes out and you are left in the dark. Eight storys above the surface world. It takes you three days to find your way out and crawl there. You nearly died of thirst during this time and the hunger was really bad too.
