Libreville Community College has a fine music department. They commission you to do a piece called 6660 songs. Thats how many songs you have to write in three years time. You have full use of the Libereville orchestra and the synths and vintage electronic instruments there. This pays you enough for room board, and dope so you are having a very happy three years! Every saterday there is a public preformence covering a hour of your works. Updated each week with new songs you have written. This becomes a cultural scene.
