You start up your coffee binge. Cup after cup steaming hot as you watch watch watch. Watch your neighbor's open window. This is your neighborhood and you have a right to know what's going on. You catch glimpses of a middle aged Man in black boxer shorts and listening to big can headphones. He is doing something but its hard to get a good look from your angle. But yes he is defiantly up to something, not sitting motionless watching TV like a good neighbor at all.
