A very wild week in a normally repressive dictatorship Country. The local drink Vrosh flows for seven days of relaxed moral laws and extreme partying. People come in from all over Europe bringing lots of tourist cash. Drugs become much more accessible during this week when normally it's rare for a Uglavarian citizen to use anything other then Vrosh and coffee. The Country's leader, Ugla-Man long ago thought of the festival as a way for his repressed people to blow off steam and this is the main reason why he has managed to hold power there since 1979.
