There've been urban legends and conspiracy theories abound since the late 1980s about a secret satellite program that people call the OSK. The government denies all of it, as is par the course, and there is little reliable information about what it all means, but you do know, for a fact, that there are those who claim to be connected to OSK and its weird operators.
