Tipsy Teddy

Oh, you've heard of him. One of those endangered Cinnamon Teddy bears. Three foot tall and pudgey. Covered in blue furr and able to speak english and operate machines. This is no normal bear! He can dance! He can sing! He can do it all, even while he's black out drunk!
