Jazz Abacus is formed during the nightly live concerts thrown by famous Mutant Jazz artists. It sprang from Andrew McFing, and Phil Lectrum's nightly jam sessions to raise legal defense fees. Bigger and bigger open jams. The final version of the Jazz Abacus was too big to even fit into the viking faire where they started. The event/band ended up playing in a abandoned warehouse of a old government property ranch. Payed for by hand inking volunteers at the doors this large scale band had no official members. It consisted of whoever showed up with a instrument and more and more towards it's end when the warehouse was bulldozed to built a power station, it was a noise collective.
