When you finally get up you remember the phone ringing late at night and you press the messages button. Immediately the speakers distort from the loud blood curdling screams buzzing out the little speaker of your home phone. No telling who that was and when you check you caller I d its your neighbor a couple houses down. Sounds bad. You throw on some clothes and a pair or slippers and head out the door. But when you open you door there's bunches of fucked up shambling people with horrible wounds. They scream gasp or moan when they see you. One lets loose a a extended fart. They're jaws start working, opening and closing spastically and they run or shamble after you. A couple fall from the stiffness of they're movement. The first thing you think is a bunch a crazy people on a bad batch of some drug. You run back in, you have to push the closest one back to get your door closed. You lock it while staring at them from the small glass window in the door. They are coming from everywhere, surrounding the house, banging against windows doors and walls.
