Founded in 2014 and a half. The Slunks is a Ketjack band getting hot radio airplay in a underground music for dorks, drunks, and panty sniffers near you. The semi famous keyboard player Mack Twoll from the FuckGod Trio got a new band started with Gristle Chuffs on drums and percussitive programatizing. In 20015 LegBillNancy joined playing a simple loop play back toy threw a series of hand made FX boards. And then Billy McFing joined and he plays keyboards and drums.
The band's first single "Salmon fortress eyedid" hit number thirty on the hot Hundred and four chart for Infictive County hits. Its a moralistic and intellagistic caustionary tale of a certain tomorrow. All this packed in a little over thirty seconds for the new low attention spanners of the right now.

The pressure was on. This semi hit single netted them some extra gigs even opening up for The Shunting! But they had to get some material out there. Next came "For Sub-Supper". This is the first recording that featured the full band. The band stood around drinking tea for hours with no ideas. LegBillNancy began playing a sample of a lady going "Ah" and repeating it. Billy McFing inspired finished his beer and drove to his Uncle's to borrow his electric bass. As LegBillNancy began building up a moody smaple scape McFing returned, plugged the bass in and played the funky riff that kids that low attention span kids dancing. At this time the band's live material consisted mostly of FuckGodTrio covers that Mark Twoll of course knew my heart. For Sub-supper was another kid with the fidgety pallid kids and it rocketed up to # 16 on the local charts and the band had gigs to feed them for a whole year solid. Twoll was suffering from hard core caffeine addiction at this point and he jittered so. But his mind crackled with poetry and melodies and he was Paleolithic at this time writing 234 songs, only 4 of which the band actually recorded. This was a great time in the band's life. exciting and busy. they didn't have to wipe urine off stall walls or flip burgers for a measly living anymore. Mark Twoll was self medicating his depression with sugar free soft drinks that he was buying in bulk from Soda Man.
