Sweetie Heartshine (Kyle Deerbone song)

Maybe the first Country opera song in the tradition of the Who's a quick one while he's out and Tommy. This is a twelve minute song story about a damn good looking good Ol boy who meets a nice ass honkin titties good Ol girl. They make love in a pumpkin patch on a country home back country country country country country night. She wears his hat home sits on his lap etc...At some point he goes drinking with his buddies and a wild night of debauchery ensues. But he stays faithful only smells of perfume because they took a couple girls home for Johnny SeedCider, his buddy whose parts are sung by Tobe Beef. After a short miserable break up and lots of drinking and weeping they get married and a rousing drunken country sing a long climax ending sums it all up to a happy yeee-pappy ending. A excellent drift into Deerbone's experimental side.
