PVAH arrested and held without bail

PVAH is arrested in conjunction with a mysterious electrical fire. He is held without bail but pleads to a lesser charge of playing an advisory role in a telecommunications disaster involving one "ikipr" and "marci". A deal was made involving PVAH providing information leading to the arrest of Ikipr, a cyborg assasin known as Aphid and the search and seizure of orbital space city ketheres.
