Memes and Judas is a strange is a Dadaist puppet show. Complete with strange music from a "prepared accordion" plus finger cymbals and a dented and semi moldy trumpet. The characters in this play for donations puppet show are a filthy crude and ugly. A German militant is manifested as a frowning brick with bloody dripping down it. Lots of lurid language and sexually wrong scenarios. Very anti establishment and anti-war. A depiction of the world as a madhouse being manipulated by bored and cruel gods. The puppet show went on every Friday on the street corner of Earl and Slithnedge street. It went from 1919-1921 when crew where arrested and several served 30 days in jail for public indecency.

The crew performed for donations and they lived in the wooden box they put the puppet show on with. They never made much at this and had to eat from trash cans and panhandle for drugs and booze money. All the members were low-level criminals and most of them had a record.
