A hard twisto rock band from Simpso, Infictive county U S A. They are a popular local gigging band. The starting line up was Ziggy Turbo and Paul Gugs who died from caffeine and Valium free-baseing overdose before the first album came out.

Octaine 23 was an American industrial metal band founded by frontman Ziggy Turbo in 1998. Originally a synth-blues outfit, Octaine 23 changed its style to industrial metal in 2001 as a response to the 911 terrorist attack. Octaine 23 found underground success in the Mid-2000s with its most successful album Bring down the New World Order (2006) and touring as part of the Mollkin Tronic Testuo festival. After years of performing, they are still the loudest band in Inficitve Country.
