Little Billy Travil is riding his bicycle down the hill in front of his suburban home. It is the first day of Spring. Billy has always been nervous about going at high speeds on his bike and self conscious about how he looks with his big dorky helmet on. The other kids don't wear their helmets.
Today he is just going for it, with head held high! Let the fear habits of the past be behind him! He is coasting, head bare, down the hill, standing on his pedals like he has seen the other kids do but never dared to try himself!
