You let go of your fishing pole in shock and fright! It splashes into the water with the bug monster spinning around, in the water, trying to escape and getting itself more and more tangled. The thing is glowing bright. You watch with fear and wonder from the boat and it slowly sinks. Then it explodes! The light is nearly blinding and it leaves white spots in your vision for a couple minutes. A rancid smell like burnt grape jelly and pig urine fills the air.
