Wyrmward forest has a nasty reputation but by cutting across it you can save three days, you never know when a delay might take place so it's best to make extra time early in the game. This woods was old before the first sword was forged, many a man and a few whole caravans have been swallowed up by it never to be seen again, but you have no fear, you are a mighty knight, unbested in one on one combat and a vetren of two long bloody wars.
