If you start selling brain wave entrainment devices

Sound and light machines to alter your brain waves. Entrainment is now illegal because the government fears it alters consciousness and brings about hypnogogic states. You start up a racket of selling these devices out of the back of your car. You just pull up to some people and ask if they are buying. The folks seem to act interested untill they realize that your not selling drugs. You go three weeks without selling any, then a cop rolls up as you are trying to sell a brain tape to a jogger. You are arrested and taken down town. You throw bail but when the trial comes up you are sentenced to three years in prison.
