If you make boots and tools out of the cow

You have cut the hide away and it's hanging from a tree branch, you carve the cow's bones into a nice comb for your hair and a couple dice, to entertain yourself with around the campfire. Looks like you are going to get a pair of boots, and a coat out of the cow, perhaps even a back scratcher from that femur bone.
