If you go in and complain to the management

You go right back in with the bread. The first employee you see you complain to demanding to see the manager. The man is paged and he comes over to talk with you. You show him the bread and say Sigall crushed your bread like this and you want to new loaf and his job. You get both! Sigall is fired and you are provided with a nice non-crushed loaf. Happy times!
