This one's a bit risky. You are going to run as fast as you can pushing the chair, then leap into it and roll the chair down a flight of concrete steps. Here goes! You run pushing, you leap! Your landing is flawed and the chair spins drunkenly as it bumps down the first step.
The chair flips over and you tumble down the steps with it. At the end of the flight you are broken and so is the chair.
