Hwahn Ochoa is a Colombian researcher and entrepreneur, co-founder (with Sunking Brendyne) of the Ochoa-Brendyne Corporation, who developed the theoretical framework for duplicating the "folding space" phenomena (now called the Diceman-Ochoa effect), effecting a revolution in space exploration.
