Help with the birth a calf

One of the farmers you are a family doctor for wakes you up at 3 A M with a call. He says his cow Bessie is having a real hard time giving birth to her calf and he begs you to come over and help. You try to explain your not a vet. He says the vet is not answering the phone and he fears the cow and calf will die without your help. You make your way over there. But while assisting birth the cow kicks you in the head hard enough to drive you through the barn wall amongst the chickens outside. Out cold, face covered in blood. Looks bad.
