Deep in the primal forest beyond Arloban is the legendary Great Wall of the Wildlands. It is a fantastically high wall created by some people now long gone. So high and straight up. So wide it stretches until out of sight on both sides. But the great forest obscures vision beyond it strays too far. Some think the Elves constructed it ten thousand years ago. But some ancient Elvin scrolls kept in SouthField state this wall is pre-Elvin. They speculate that the now gone Green Ancients built it to keep in the flood waters of a distant past to prolong the duration of the great body of water they lived in when the Regions where a vast steaming swamp. The only other sign of this lost civilization known of are ancient wide stone roads that span the forest in short broken lengths. Probably much more of these great roads are under the soil and roots of this very old forest.
