You return every year in the spring and fall, the more temperate season. You always bring friends with you on these camping trips promising them sights like huge Yeti tribal orgies and the likes. In fact, your insistence that people accompany you and believe these outlandish tales has cost you more than a few friends. It's sad but true. Might be worth it though...you've had some good times out here in nature eating mushrooms and hunting for the fabled interdimensional Yetis, but alas you are never again to witness the tenderly brutal bigfoot mating ritual which touched your heart so that one time. You die unfulfilled because of this deep lingering impact the scene had on you and how it forced you to ceaselessly search in this fruitless venture.
