Buckwheat groats, nuts, dried berries, apples, jerky meat. You can always make biscuits with a good enough frying pan, a bit of flour, grease, baking powder, sugar, salt, and water. You'll wanna make them thin, maybe two inches wide, and cook over a low flame for five to seven minutes on either side. Patience and practice is the key.
Insects are good eats, and you don't need many to get the energy boost you need. Grasshoppers, locusts, snails, minced worms. Ants are bitter, but you can always try boiling them with berries to make a fine brew.
