You search the place as quick as you can. You find a can of charcoal lighter fluid and some matches. You splash the fluid all over the chair. You open the front and back doors so you can run out quicker. You flick a match aflame and toss it. It bounces off and blinks out on the carpet. You use ten more matches this way. The last one causes an explosion of flames to fly off the chair onto you. You spin and scream and stop and drop. You even roll. Screaming screaming and you burn to death that way. but nothing else in the house is damaged, excepting dude's out a can of fluid and ten matches.
