Cry softly to yourself

At the bottom of the stairs you flip on the light and inspect the damage while you cry softly to yourself. Your not hurt bad at all. You'll be fine. You feel a little better now. You decide to wait a couple hours down here and then to check the storm out again. You turn on the lamp and sit in the worn out easy chair you hauled down here a couple years ago. You keep loads of paper back books in cardboard boxes down here. There's a couple within arms reach. You start pulling out books to read. You find a copy of Bong Sawyer that you read as a fifth grader. You really loved this book by Dark Twain. So you start reading while the storm rages above your city...

  1. fall asleep with the book on your chest
