One of the more imperialist factions amongst the bird tribes. There are three levels of this convocation:
The first consists of bard/warriors with copper thorn/knives around their talons.
The second consists of engineering professionals who construct and maintain the various nests of those of the third level, and who have learned how to use pilfered shotgun shells with their talons in advancement of their human depopulation agenda.
The third consists of the leadership types -- They can organize and rally the masses. They have gold plated microphones in one talon, and a long electric pulse stick weapon in the other talon.
