The waitress you ask points you to a door down the hall. "Turn left at second intersection and then right, and you'll see a 'Management Office' sign," she tells you. She is gone before you can grill her any further.
It takes you a while to find the man's office. You knock, and knock, and knock but there is no answer. Finally you just let yourself in when you hear him talking on his cell phone, and that's how he gets to be a hero of the city. The story goes that you came in the rob and murder him but he shot you dead instead.
He gets a medal for that one.
