Utilizing this power, Sera gains access to the greater mass of stored esoteric information held in place by all meta-biophysicians, psychotronic technicians (both manufacturers and users such as ninjas) and parapsycholgists in order entrain himself and manifest such knowledge at will. In order to manifest such knowledge at will, Sera makes use of raw subatomic material through his access to the Schuman Resonance field and the microcosmic version within his own body to create nanoesque psi constructs at the subatomic level to create things such as the Cognitive War Bismuth Suit (of which he is very fond due to it's innately versatile nature).
