Earth. Overlaying chatter about attacks, a "Superman" flying around, darkness, light. The superman breaks up a meeting of rebel leaders, tells them to call off their attack -- they agree, afraid. Insect beings supported by genetically modified psychic soldiers. Insect leaders decide to continue with attack, despite change in plans from psychic soldier "rebel" leaders. Insects fall from the sky, attack, infect all worldly psychics. Superman reappears, rallies psychic soldiers to fight back. Solid comic book layouts, non moving. Everything in text bubbles to the end. Could see insect language briefly, but clearly; lost to memory now. Lines, all solid lines, no round characters.
