The year 2012 has crashed back into the sea of time, and we now begin to steady ourselves to ride the new wave of year 2013. Onward and forward into a new cycle of In Infictive.

The year 2012 concluded Mystery X's "Race to 100", making out with 22 new releases over the course of the year to bring his back catalog total to 100, all free, all available on the wiki for your enjoyment: It's Foundation Day Again!Late Night in the RuinsHow to Listen to MusicSixty MinutesOn the shore of the Lake of CardsSainted malted molluskBlack Plume MenuDreamcheese Black as NightMapping DreamlandsDice among the EmbersMagic and DangerTwo Headed Bird Nurturing ItselfHigh Five the Hand that Holds you DownIn the Forest of MasksTowns on the Edge of the MapThornlandThe Scarecrow PrinceSecret Hour TelevisionAll that We See and SeemThe Blackout PapersTrue Tales of Infictive CountyAimless Boat Ride

Even with 100 under his belt, Mystery X is hardly one to slow his output, welcoming the year 2013 with two new releases: Virus Goes West and Mutant Opera. Prolific is too small a word to describe the enormity and density of the output of our Mystery X, but do not be daunted by the scale of his back catalog, as much of it gladly suits itself to the dreaming mind, allowing you ample hours of restful listening pleasures.

In other news, the Wanted Pages Project has ten more days left to go, though, naturally, it will be open to continued contribution well after the final day, given the open-ended nature of the project. Do join in and help High Inquisitrix Ceilede turn all those contentless red links into populated blue links.

We shall resume course next week with a proper accounting of the week in and out. Thank you for abiding our brief absence, owing in part to holidays and to ill-health that plagues the staff this time of year.
