Elephant Street Media are set to release George Boy Phill’s “Death of a Gunslinging Squirrel”, thirteen years after Phill’s death, and five years after its limited, long-delayed theatrical run. Amazingly, they managed to salvage and include George Boy and writer Alan Smithee’s original commentary track from 1998, which was intended for an unreleased Laser Disc edition. This one is definitely on our buy-or-torrent list.
