A vast and powerful city. The one major power of this area of the Regions of Dreamlands. A cruel city ruled by the Thou shalts Sect. The city kingdom was formed when the Thou Shalts sect migrated East to avoid the LACK of religious repression where they came form. They discovered the Elvin city of Greyle. A wonderful site it was, but not to the sect. The sect rejects all things non-human and all other cultures that differ from their own. They had a great clearing off of the Elvin people. Killed off or driven into the forests. The beautiful city of Greyle was an abomination to the good shalter people. They smashed down the slender towers of crystal and burned the wall less tent homes down. Everything sellable was sold and the rest destroyed or cast away holes and buried. A new city rose with the old. A great grain silo tower taller even then the fine Elvin buildings that once stood. The silo was fitted with great bells and other noise makers to be rung the day evening every year until the final ringing to alert folks its the End Times. A war like place that beats down other communities and taxes them heavily. Often taking children and food if folks don't have the round coinage to pay up.
