Mike Tobin grew up in Moloch County. Maybe that's why he went bad. He got messed up on drugs bad and he went into a lot of debt. He managed to pay his way out and score a bunch of dope to boot. But he did it by killing a series of people ranging from Moloch to Infictive County. He was caught and sentenced to seventy years in Prison, without no possible parole for eight years. He rots there now, wishing for some dope really bad. His desire never sleeps.
